Shipping

We offer free shipping on all of our orders via USPS First-Class with tracking. Please allow up to 7 business days from your order date for delivery.

Returns

The use of hemp and CBD products is a personal and individual experiences. The amount used can greatly vary by individual and can take time in learning what works for you. Choosing to purchase our products is done so based solely on your opinions. Our products are not inspected or regulated by the FDA, and they are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. As such, we make no guarantees for results and make no claims of treating conditions. We offer a 30-day return policy on new, unopened and unused products.  The 30-day period begins the date of delivery, and product returns must be received within that 30-day period.

Damaged or Incorrect items

We take care to ensure each order is carefully package and fulfilled. For orders that are damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no cost. If your items were damaged during transit or your order is incorrect, please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged items include a detailed description of the damage with photos included. Beyond 48 hours from delivery, a replacement product will be granted at the company’s discretion.

Refunds

If you are receiving a refund on your order please allow 10 days for it to process, taking into account shipping time. If after 14 days you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you wish to cancel an order after it has shipped please contact us via phone or email.
